One for a client, two that we use to run Vajra Labs itself.

Client project

The need: A software development business wanted a steady stream of prospects without searching for them by hand.
What we built: A scanner that searches the web for independent businesses, fetches each candidate site, and scores how outdated it looks (old CMS, missing mobile support, stale build). Leads are tracked in a pipeline, and a personalised pitch email is drafted for each one and sent from the client's own email address.
What it replaces: Manual prospecting and one-off cold email writing.

The need: Our Instagram account needed consistent posting without someone creating and publishing content every day.
What we built: A system that generates posts and publishes them automatically at the same time every day.
What it replaces: Daily manual content creation and posting.

The need: Finding businesses that could use AI systems, and writing to each of them, was slow manual work.
What we built: An agent that searches for businesses that may need our services, writes a personalised email for each from a template we can edit at any time, and sends it from our own email address.
What it replaces: Manual lead research and one-by-one outreach emails.
